Driven by a desire to help those in need, Duncan Street pursued his legal education at the University of Arkansas School of Law. His time in law school was marked by active participation in the Law School’s Mock Trial Team, where he honed his courtroom skills and developed a strategic approach to litigation. Further demonstrating his commitment to legal advocacy, Duncan also coached the University of Arkansas Undergraduate Mock Trial Team, sharing his expertise with aspiring legal professionals. His dedication to trial advocacy was further recognized when he earned top honors in Trial Advocacy during his studies at Arkansas.

Duncan Street’s foundation in law began with his undergraduate studies at Missouri Southern State University’s Honor College, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Political Science. It was here, through his involvement with the undergraduate mock trial team and eventually becoming its captain, that Duncan discovered his passion for the legal field. His exceptional skills in mock trial are evidenced by his record as the most awarded participant in the university’s history. Missouri also holds a personal significance for Duncan, as it is where he met his wife, a Southern Indiana native, further establishing his connection to the state he now serves.

Beyond his legal practice, Duncan Street embraces an active life, enjoying outdoor activities and traveling with his wife to connect with friends and family in Missouri and Arkansas. His personal interests extend to technology, where he enjoys building custom gaming PCs and mechanical keyboards. An animal lover at heart, Duncan and his wife share their home with a cat and three dogs, reflecting their compassionate nature both inside and outside the courtroom.
