For over a century, the historic State Theatre has been a cornerstone of live performance in Eustis, Florida. Bay Street Players, a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization, has been the resident theater company since 1974, enriching the community through theatrical productions and arts education. Each year, Bay Street Players presents a season of four to six main stage shows, complemented by special events and benefit performances. A key part of their mission is education, achieved through the renowned Young People’s Theatre program, one of the nation’s longest-running youth theater initiatives, and by offering hands-on learning experiences for volunteers of all ages and skills.
