Parking Guide for Your Visit to Landmark’s E Street Cinema

Welcome to Colonial Parking! We’re delighted to assist you with your parking needs when you visit Landmark’s E Street Cinema. To ensure a smooth and convenient parking experience, we’ve put together this guide outlining our monthly parking guidelines, perfect for frequent cinema-goers or those working near the E Street Cinema. While these guidelines are designed for our monthly permit holders, understanding them will benefit anyone parking with us.

Monthly Parking Permits: Your Convenient Cinema Parking Solution

Choosing a monthly parking permit at a Colonial Parking facility near Landmark’s E Street Cinema offers you reliable access to parking during operating hours. Please note that a regular monthly permit doesn’t guarantee a dedicated park-and-lock space. If you require 24-hour access or a reserved space, our Customer Care Team is ready to assist with availability and rates. Reach out to them at (202) 295-8080 or via email at [email protected] for personalized options.

To ensure your parking is hassle-free, remember to display your valid monthly permit correctly. On the FIRST DAY of the month you are parking, detach and hang the current monthly permit from your rearview mirror, ensuring the month and number are clearly visible through your windshield. Using any permit from a previous month will be considered invalid. Failure to display a valid, current permit may unfortunately result in a non-refundable daily parking ticket.

It’s important to always display a valid permit or have made payment for the current month. Otherwise, a daily parking ticket may be issued, and you’ll be required to pay it upon exit. Please note that daily ticket charges cannot be deducted from your monthly parking payment or account balance.

Timely receipt of your monthly permit is our priority. If you haven’t received your upcoming month’s permit by the 25TH OF THE MONTH, or if you happen to misplace it, please contact our Customer Care Team immediately. If your account is in good standing, we will promptly prepare a duplicate permit for mailing or pick-up. The duplicate will automatically void the original permit. Kindly keep us informed of any changes to your address or phone number to prevent any delays. A small fee may apply for duplicate permits. Delivery of parking credentials to the facility may take up to 48 hours.

For those who drive multiple vehicles, your monthly permit is transferable. Simply move the permit to whichever vehicle you are using for the day, ensuring it’s always displayed when parked in our facility. Remember, a single permit is valid for parking only one vehicle at a time. Using one permit for multiple vehicles simultaneously will render the permit invalid, and any additional vehicles may be towed at the owner’s risk and expense or charged the posted daily parking rate. Monthly parking spaces are for parking, not vehicle storage.

Keycard Access for Smooth Garage Entry Near E Street Cinema

For enhanced convenience, especially if you’re parking regularly near Landmark’s E Street Cinema, you might be issued a keycard, transponder, or access device for garage access, particularly for locations offering 24-hour access.

When using an electronic access device, always keep it in your possession when you leave your vehicle. Transponders can be detached for safekeeping. Your keycard, transponder, or access device, in conjunction with your parking permit (if applicable), is solely for the entry and exit of your registered vehicle. Any unauthorized use may lead to the revocation of your parking privileges.

Should you lose your access device or if it malfunctions, please report it to our Customer Care Team immediately to ensure continued smooth access to parking near Landmark’s E Street Cinema.

In locations where a keycard or transponder is mandatory for entry, not having your access device will require you to take a daily ticket upon entry and pay the daily rate when you exit.

Please be aware that a non-refundable replacement fee applies for lost keycards, access devices, or transponders.

Upon account closure, it’s your responsibility to return any Colonial-issued keycard, transponder, or access device to our corporate office at 1050 Thomas Jefferson Street, NW Suite #100, Washington, DC 20007. Failure to return the access device may result in additional fees or the denial of device deposit refunds, where applicable. Remember, both a keycard and permit (if applicable) are required at all times for monthly parking.

General Parking Guidelines for E Street Cinema Visitors

To ensure a safe and orderly parking environment for everyone visiting Landmark’s E Street Cinema and using Colonial Parking, we have a few general guidelines.

All vehicles parked in our facilities must display a valid license plate and be legally registered. Unregistered vehicles may be towed or ticketed at the owner’s expense.

In certain locations, attendants may be available to assist with parking. Please cooperate with our attendants and allow them to park your vehicle when requested or park as directed. Always park in non-reserved spaces, and our attendants can guide you to appropriate parking spots.

If you are asked to leave your keys with the attendant, please leave only your IGNITION KEY. Failure to leave your ignition key when requested may result in your vehicle being towed at your expense.

Safety is paramount in our parking facilities. Please drive slowly (5 MPH or less) and carefully, always with your headlights on.

For facilities equipped with ATTENDANT CALL BUTTONS, please use them to request assistance from an attendant, whether to move another vehicle or retrieve your keys. For your safety, please do not approach or enter any vehicles within the facility yourself.

As a security measure, vehicles left in our facilities after closing hours are locked. We recommend carrying a duplicate ignition key for emergencies. For after-hours assistance, please call our onsite garage assistance line at (202) 295-8200. Please be aware that vehicle retrieval might not be possible until the facility reopens the next business day.

Payment Information for Monthly Parking near Landmark’s E Street Cinema

Maintaining a smooth payment process is essential for your monthly parking near Landmark’s E Street Cinema.

Invoices and parking credentials for the upcoming month are mailed only after we receive your payment for the current month.

Parking fees are payable in advance, due by the 1st day of each month. Please send your payment using the REMITTANCE portion (bottom) of the invoice, in the provided envelope, to the address shown on the invoice front. Payments received after the 5th of the month will incur a late charge, and all outstanding payments must be settled before you receive your next valid parking credential.

A one-time setup fee of $5.00 applies to all new monthly parking accounts, whether for individuals or groups.

A monthly processing fee is applied to each account: $1.75 for individuals and $2.00 for groups. These fees help us maintain our parker portals, enhance data security, and provide ongoing service improvements.

To encourage efficient payment methods, a convenience fee of $10.00 is applied to all payments made by check or pay-by-phone. We highly recommend enrolling in our AutoPay® Program or using our online Customer Care Center for electronic payments, details of which are available at www.ecolonial.com.

Please ensure you pay the exact amount shown on your invoice. Unfortunately, we cannot offer credit for vacation periods or partial month usage of the parking facility. Accounts closed mid-month are still responsible for the full monthly parking fee; prorated final bills are not issued.

A service charge of $30.00 will be applied for any check returned due to insufficient funds. Payments for returned check charges, along with the parking fee, must be made via money order, certified check, or valid credit card.

Managing Your Monthly Parking Account for Cinema Visits

Understanding your monthly parking account terms ensures a seamless parking experience when you visit Landmark’s E Street Cinema.

Monthly parking privileges are based on the calendar month, starting on the 1st and ending on the last day of the month.

If you decide to close your account, a 30-day notice is required. Please return your UNDETACHED, UNUSED PARKING PERMIT by the 1st of the month, and no later than the 5th, to our corporate office at 1050 Thomas Jefferson Street, NW Suite #100, Washington, DC 20007. Using the permit for even ONE DAY, or failing to return it by the 5th, will be considered acceptance of the contract for that month, and the full monthly rate will be due.

Similarly, return any COLONIAL® ISSUED KEY CARD/TRANSPONDER/ACCESS DEVICE to our corporate office at the same address. We cannot finalize your account closure until your keycard is returned. Using the access device for ONE DAY, or not returning it by the 5th, also constitutes acceptance of the monthly contract.

We may contact you with a LATE PAYMENT reminder if your account appears to be DELINQUENT. Please contact our Customer Care Team promptly to resolve any issues. We reserve the right to suspend or interrupt service if delinquency issues cannot be resolved.

If your account is SUSPENDED FOR DELINQUENCY, you will need to pay the full outstanding balance before service can be reinstated. Prorated balances will not be applied upon account reinstatement.

Repeated delinquency (two or more consecutive payments after the 5th), or failure to comply with these guidelines, may result in permanent account closure.

Colonial Parking reserves the right to terminate your parking privileges at the end of any calendar month, with or without cause, by providing written notice. We may also transfer your parking privileges to another location within the same facility or to a different facility we operate.

Damage Claims and Liability

Colonial Parking takes great care to return your vehicle in the same condition as it was received. However, in the event of damage, Claim Forms are available from the location manager and must be completed before removing the vehicle from the parking premises. Failure to do so may result in claim denial.

Colonial Parking is not responsible for any personal items left in your vehicle, including keycards, transponders, or access devices.

We are also not liable for losses due to freezing temperatures or mechanical failures.

Colonial Parking’s responsibility for loss or damage to your vehicle or its contents is limited to cases of direct negligence by Colonial Parking, and does not extend to losses occurring during facility closed hours.

DC Parking Tax Exemption

Colonial Parking, Inc. reserves the right to update or modify these Monthly Parking guidelines at any time. For the most current guidelines, please visit www.ecolonial.com. We hope these guidelines clarify our monthly parking services, making your visits to Landmark’s E Street Cinema and parking experience as easy as possible.
