The culinary journey began with a selection of fresh and flavorful fish appetizers. The sushi rolls, Hamachi Carpaccio, and Three Sum Sushi Tacos were standouts, showcasing vibrant, clean tastes enhanced by Japanese seven spices and a refreshing mix of fruits and vegetables. Moving to the meat appetizers, the sweetbreads proved to be a highlight – tender, flavorful, and undeniably a winning dish. The roasted bone marrow canoe was another success, beautifully presented and rich in flavor, complemented perfectly by roasted garlic and toasted bread.

For the main course, the Grilled Veal Chop impressed with its succulent taste and rich sauce. However, the Rib Chop, a dry-aged steak cooked to a perfect medium-rare, stole the show. Declared as one of the best steaks ever tasted, it exemplified the high-quality grilling Wall Street Grill is becoming known for.
