The Role: Front Desk Associate at Pine Street
As a Front Desk Associate at Equinox Pine Street, you will be the first point of contact for our members and guests, embodying the Equinox experience from the moment they walk through our doors. Your role is crucial in setting the tone for their visit and ensuring smooth club operations. You will be responsible for:
- Warmly Welcoming Members and Guests: Providing a professional and friendly greeting that sets the stage for an exceptional club experience.
- Efficient Member Check-In: Quickly and accurately scanning membership IDs to ensure seamless entry into the club.
- Professional Phone Communication: Answering phone calls with courtesy and professionalism, directing inquiries appropriately.
- Addressing Member Needs: Responding effectively to member questions, resolving concerns, and addressing any account discrepancies with a positive and helpful attitude.
- Account Management: Updating member accounts with accuracy and attention to detail as needed.
