Join us any Saturday or Sunday between 1:30pm and 4:30pm to spend time with the cats and chat with our passionate volunteers about the work of King Street Cats. Nori’s Fund: Supporting Community Cats
We were heartbroken by the loss of Nori, a beloved cat who found sanctuary with us after life as a stray. To honor his memory, we created Nori’s Fund to bolster our efforts in helping community cats. Donations to this fund directly support Trap-Neuter-Release (TNR) programs, provide crucial veterinary care for injured stray cats, allow us to take in adoptable cats from the streets, and supply essential food and resources to community cat caregivers.

The Little Angel Fund: Caring for Kittens in Need
Established in 2010 thanks to the incredible generosity of KSC volunteer Lisa V., the Little Angel Fund commemorates Angel Hair, a special kitten fostered by Lisa and her husband. Despite their loving care, Angel Hair sadly passed away. This fund ensures that kittens receive the urgent veterinary attention they require. It has been instrumental in providing emergency care for kittens like Bacon, who recovered from severe burns after a month of intensive vet care, and the “Chocolate Kittens,” Dove and Hershey, who received sight-saving eye surgery at Vet Vision.

King Street Cats gratefully accepts in-person item donations at 25 S. Dove Street, Alexandria, VA 22314 on Saturdays and Sundays between 1:30pm and 4:30pm. You can also view our online wish list at CHEWY for items we consistently need.
