Despite the rebranding and physical alterations, the location at 2020 Kittredge St. remains unchanged, placing K Street Flats in a central Berkeley location.
Adding a new dimension to the property, Mâison Bleue, a crêperie and café, has recently opened on the ground floor of K Street Flats. This new establishment replaces Cafe Clem, offering residents and the community a new dining option right within the building.
