Upon entering the map, you’ll approach a bridge. If you’re facing the bridge, the parking lot is situated to its right. This area becomes accessible when you guide Matt through the initial part of the mission. Look towards the shops within the parking lot, and you’ll easily spot two mailboxes. The turtle location is cleverly hidden directly behind these mailboxes.

Alleyway Turtle Location Near the Bridge
As you progress past the police presence and head towards Matt’s van, the bridge will come into view. Before you cross it, take note of an alleyway to your left. Venture down this alleyway, proceed to its end, and turn the corner. Here, you’ll find a car, and right beside it is the turtle location you’re searching for in this area.

Towards the heist’s conclusion, as you reach the hilltop, look for a small wooden box. This box is situated near the map’s barrier, marked by blue signs. The final turtle location is hidden behind this wooden box, marking the end of your turtle hunt in Heat Street.
