Seamless Check-In Process

Upon arrival at Equinox East 44th Street, checking in is your first step. You’ll be directed to the registration area where you’ll receive your team’s assigned bike number(s) and your participant T-shirt or tank top. Ensure your team captain knows the team name for a smooth check-in.

Experience the High-Energy Ride

The core of the event is the exhilarating four-hour ride, structured into high-intensity one-hour segments. Each segment begins with an inspiring speech from a member of the Cycle for Survival community, followed by 50 minutes of instructor-led cycling from Equinox’s top trainers. Team captains, coordinate with your team members to assign ride times, ensuring continuous pedaling power for the entire four hours at Equinox East 44th Street.
