Street Rider Warranty: Your Guide to Coverage and Protection

Understanding the warranty for your StreetStrider is crucial for every Street Rider. This document outlines the warranty coverage for your mobile elliptical device, ensuring you’re informed and protected. Please note that this warranty applies specifically to StreetStriders purchased from an Authorized Dealer and is governed by the laws of your purchase location.

StreetStrider Frame Warranty: Built to Last

StreetStrider frames, including Strider Skis and Poles, are warranted against manufacturing defects in material and workmanship for three years from the original purchase date. This warranty is provided by StreetStrider International LLC, located at 16331 Gothard Street, Suite C, Huntington Beach, CA 92647. This robust frame warranty gives street riders confidence in the core structure of their StreetStrider.

Component Warranty: Relying on Quality Manufacturers

Components of your StreetStrider are warranted by their original manufacturers, not directly by StreetStrider International LLC. This leverages the specific expertise of component manufacturers. For instance, Shimano internal gear hubs have a 2-year warranty according to Shimano’s warranty policy, which can be found at Shimano Warranty Link. The Hartmann Chainless Hub is warranted for one year under the Sunrace Sturmey Archer warranty, details of which are available at Sunrace Sturmey Archer Warranty Link. Other components like joint bearings, drive parts, frame fixtures, and finishes (paint and decals) are warranted against manufacturing defects for one year, aligning with individual component manufacturers’ terms, from the original purchase date. Street riders benefit from these established component warranties.

Terms of This Limited Warranty: Key Conditions for Street Riders

StreetStrider International LLC is not liable for incidental or consequential damages from improper use or StreetStrider failure.
  • Warranty Claims: To make a claim, the StreetStrider must be taken to an Authorized Dealer on the continent of purchase, in assembled condition, with the original dated sales receipt. Keep your receipt in a safe place.
  • Owner’s Responsibility: All labor and transportation costs for warranty service are the owner’s responsibility.

Exclusive Remedy: Repair or Replacement

During the warranty period, StreetStrider International LLC will, at its discretion, either repair or replace any defective frame or component with a comparable model or component.

If any part of this warranty is deemed inapplicable by a court, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
