To participate, Photo Experience ticket holders should visit the Will Call window at the Box Office on the day of the show to collect their photo experience passes and receive after-show instructions. Please remember that each adult and child wishing to participate in the Photo Experience must have a Photo Experience ticket in addition to their show ticket. The Photo Experience will commence shortly after the performance concludes. Don’t forget to bring your camera to capture these special moments!
For the comfort and safety of all attendees, especially young children, parents are advised that while many children are thrilled to meet the characters, some may feel overwhelmed or apprehensive. If your child seems hesitant, we recommend positioning yourselves towards the back of the line. This will give your child time to adjust and observe the character interactions with other children. Kindly note that for the safety of guests and performers, touching or hugging the characters will not be permitted.
Important Note: Admission to Sesame Street Live! Say Hello is not included with the Photo Experience ticket. The Photo Experience is a separate upgrade that must be purchased in advance to enhance your overall Sesame Street Live experience. Children aged 12 and under must be accompanied by a parent or guardian, and each attendee, regardless of age, must possess both a show ticket and a Photo Experience ticket to participate.
