Finding your way to Miss Shirley’s Pratt Street is straightforward, whether you’re arriving from the north, south, or locally:
From the North:
Take I-95 South, and exit at 53 for I-395 North towards Downtown/M L King Blvd. Turn right onto W Conway Street (following signs for Conway St), then left onto Light Street, and finally right onto E. Pratt Street.
From the South:
Travel on I-95 North and take exit 53 to I-395 North toward Downtown/M L King Blvd. Turn right onto W Conway Street (signs for Conway St), followed by a left onto Light Street, and a right onto E. Pratt Street.
Locally:
From I-83, enter Baltimore City and turn right onto Lombard Street, then left onto Market Place. Finally, turn Left onto Pratt Street.

Parking at Miss Shirley’s Inner Harbor
Convenient parking is available at the Harbor Park Garage. Guests can access the building directly via the Skywalk on the 7th floor. Use the intercom to contact security for Skywalk entry. Miss Shirley’s Cafe offers a discounted parking rate of $5 for up to 3 hours at Harbor Park Garage. Remember to get your parking validated at the host stand as regular rates apply after 3 hours and without validation.
Alternative parking options include the Kaiser Permanente Garage and Pier V Parking Garage, both located on Pratt Street, although these are not validated by Miss Shirley’s.
