Located at 204 Arsenal Street, Gables Arsenal Street is quickly becoming a sought-after address in Watertown. The initial phase launched on October 15th and has already welcomed residents into its luxury apartments. Makrina Ormond, the Community Manager for Gables Arsenal Street, confirmed the strong initial interest and occupancy.

Upon full completion, Gables Arsenal Street will feature 296 apartment homes. Phase 1 comprises 84 units, offering a diverse selection of one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments, along with a townhouse option. Recognizing the needs of modern residents, the complex is pet-friendly, accommodating cats and certain dog breeds. Residents can also enjoy a comprehensive suite of amenities designed for relaxation and recreation. These include a refreshing pool, an outdoor patio complete with barbecue grills and a cozy fire pit, a state-of-the-art movie theater-style media room, a well-equipped fitness center, and a dedicated yoga and spin studio.

The apartments at Gables Arsenal Street are characterized by their elegant and high-quality finishes. Tall ceilings enhance the sense of space, while granite countertops, wood-style flooring, and other premium materials contribute to a luxurious ambiance. According to Ormond, the design philosophy focuses on delivering “elegant, quality finishes,” comparable to those chosen for high-end home renovations. While maintaining a consistent standard of luxury, each apartment features subtly unique finishes, adding to the bespoke feel of the community.

Reflecting the premium quality and desirable location, leasing prices at Gables Arsenal Street are positioned within the luxury segment. One-bedroom apartments range from $2,381 per month for a 725 sq. ft. layout up to $3,330 for a more spacious 961 sq. ft. option. Two-bedroom apartments start at $3,306 for 1,111 sq. ft. and extend to $4,469 for the largest 1,470 sq. ft. floor plans. For those seeking even more space, three-bedroom apartments are available at $4,625 for 1,538 sq. ft. The development of Gables Arsenal Street is progressing rapidly. Phase 2 was anticipated to be finished within the current month of the original article’s publishing (December), with Phase 3 expected by the end of March.
