IceLand Refund Policy Specifics

IceLand has specific refund policies for certain programs:

  • Learn to Skate/Instructional Hockey/Freestyle/Specialty: A refund is available if you cancel before the class begins, with a $7 service charge. No refunds are issued once the session has started.
  • Tot Beginner Class: If your child isn’t ready for the program after it begins, inform the Skating Director by the 3rd week for a 50% credit. No credits are given after the 3rd week, and Parent/Tot classes are non-refundable.

Golf Class Refund Policy

For golf programs, a refund, less a $10 service charge, is available if requested before the first class. Private lesson cancellations require 24-hour notice to avoid being charged the full lesson fee.

Summer Camp Refund Policy

For Recreation Camp, Sports Camp & Early Childhood Camp, a refund request must be made by 5:00 pm the Thursday before the session starts to receive a refund, and a $25 per camper, per session service charge applies. Refunds are not given for missed camp days.
