Designed by SHoP Architects, this slender skyscraper, developed by JDS Development, Property Markets Group, and Spruce Capital Partners, boasts a remarkable 24:1 height-to-width ratio. The residences within, designed by Studio Sofield and marketed by Douglas Elliman Development Marketing, are situated on Billionaires’ Row, offering unparalleled views aligned with Central Park.
