For the majority of daily parkers, the rate increase will range between $2.00 and $4.00 per visit.

Cambridge Residents Benefit from Reduced Monthly Parking at 1st Street Garage
Cambridge residents have access to a discounted monthly parking program at the 1st Street Parking Garage. From May through November, the monthly fee is $100.00. During the colder months, December through April, the rate is reduced to $50.00 per month. To take advantage of these reduced rates, residents need to obtain a Resident Parking Permit. A one-time fee of $10.00 is required for the electronic access card, which provides entry and exit to the garage.
