Booking and Waitlist Information
Planning your workout with us is easy. Members can book their classes 30 days in advance, while other clients can book 14 days ahead. This ensures you can secure your spot in your favorite classes at our prime 34th Street Ny Ny location.
If your desired class is fully booked, don’t worry! Our waitlist system is designed to automatically add you to the class if a spot becomes available more than 12 hours before the class starts. You’ll receive an email notification if this happens. For last-minute openings within 12 hours of the class, if our studio on 34th street ny ny is open, a team member will text you directly to offer the spot. Keep your phone handy!

This allows our team to properly onboard you to our studio, introduce you to the workout style, and familiarize you with the reformer equipment. During this onboarding, it’s crucial to inform your instructor about any injuries, pregnancies, or physical limitations you may have. This will help them provide appropriate modifications to ensure your safety and comfort throughout the class. For safety reasons, new clients arriving late will unfortunately not be permitted to join the class.
Grip socks are mandatory for all classes at our 34th street ny ny location. If you don’t own a pair, you can conveniently purchase them at the studio.
Studio Etiquette for a Distraction-Free Workout

We utilize every part of the reformer, so keeping the floor space clear is essential for everyone’s safety.

Class Attendance and Punctuality Policies
Punctuality is key to ensuring a smooth class start for everyone. Please arrive by the scheduled class start time. Arriving late may result in denied entry, and your spot may be released to someone on the waitlist. If you arrive shortly after the class begins and your spot has been given away, don’t worry, you will receive your class credit back, and our team at 34th street ny ny will gladly assist you in rescheduling. Entry will absolutely not be permitted more than 5 minutes after the class start time, and late arrivals will be marked as a no-show.
Our cancellation policy requires you to cancel or reschedule your class at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled start time. This allows other clients, potentially on the waitlist for our popular 34th street ny ny classes, to take your spot.
Clients who cancel within the 12-hour window will forfeit the class credit or incur a $15 charge if they are on an unlimited package or membership. Clients who do not show up for their scheduled class at our 34th street ny ny location will lose the class credit or be subject to a $20 no-show charge if on an unlimited package/membership. Even clients who book a class without prior payment and late cancel or no-show will be charged a $20 fee, regardless of their membership status.
