As a Health Center Program grantee under 42 U.S.C. 254b, we are also recognized as Public Health Service employees under 42 U.S.C. 233(g)-(n).
This health center is supported by HHS Funding and holds Federal PHS deemed status concerning specific health or health-related claims, including malpractice claims, for both the center and its covered individuals.
