Pre-Orders at Daisy Street
Excited about upcoming styles? Daisy Street offers pre-orders on selected items. Each pre-order product page clearly states the estimated date when we expect the stock to arrive. Rest assured, all pre-orders are fulfilled in the order they are placed, immediately after the stock becomes available. If your order includes both in-stock items and pre-order items, please be aware that your entire order will be shipped together once the pre-order items are ready. This ensures you receive everything in one convenient delivery.
UK Delivery Options with Daisy Street
Daisy Street is pleased to offer free standard delivery on all UK orders over £50! For orders under this amount, or if you need your items sooner, we provide the following reliable delivery options within the UK:
Royal Mail Saver Delivery: Tracked Service – £4.99
This popular option provides a tracked service for peace of mind. Delivery typically takes 2-4 working days (Monday to Friday) within the UK. Remember, this service is free for orders totaling £50 or more within the UK.
Royal Mail Next Day Delivery: 24 Hour Tracked Service – £5.99
Need your Daisy Street favorites in a hurry? Choose our Next Day Delivery service! For orders placed before 3pm (Monday to Thursday), your parcel will be delivered the next working day. Orders placed after 3pm will be dispatched the following working day.
For weekend orders, please note the following:
- Next Day orders placed on Friday before 3pm are aimed for delivery on Monday or Tuesday, depending on Royal Mail’s workload.
- Orders placed on Friday after 3pm, or on Saturday or Sunday, will be dispatched on Monday for delivery on Tuesday.
International Delivery Options from Daisy Street
Daisy Street ships internationally! Please be aware that international orders may be subject to customs fees imposed by the receiving country. These fees are beyond our control and are determined by the destination country’s customs regulations and courier discretion once the parcel is handled by Royal Mail in the UK and handed over to the destination country’s postal service.

Daisy Street Refunds (UK & International)
Daisy Street currently does not offer free returns for UK or international orders. If you wish to return an item, the return postage cost will be your responsibility.
For UK returns, we offer a convenient Royal Mail returns portal. Please note that a £3 deduction will be applied to your refund to cover return processing once your package is received.
Exchanges are free within the UK and will not incur a return charge.
International customers are responsible for arranging and paying for their return shipping through any postal service available to them. The Royal Mail returns link is not applicable for international returns.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Conditions for Refunds:
To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned within 14 days of receipt and must be in their original condition. This includes:
- Items returned in their original condition
- Disclaimer label still attached
- Product unworn and unused
Please note that Daisy Street does not accept returns on items purchased from our sale/outlet category.
Custom printed T-shirts created through the Clothing Customiser are only eligible for refunds if there is a fault with the garment itself, such as rips, tears, or dirt.
Vintage items are returnable only if faulty. Please be aware that vintage garments may have pre-existing minor damage or distressing as part of their unique character.
In the unlikely event that an item is faulty or if we have made an error with your order, Daisy Street will cover the return postage costs.
Refunds may take up to 10 working days to be processed and appear in your account.
