Cancellation Policy

  • For stays of 1-6 nights: We require a minimum of 3 days’ notice prior to your scheduled arrival date. Cancellations made within this timeframe, or during your stay, will incur a penalty fee equivalent to 50% of the total booking value.
  • For stays of 7-28 nights: A 7-day notice period is necessary before your arrival date. Similarly, for cancellations within this period or during your stay, a penalty fee of 7 nights’ worth of accommodation will be applied.
  • For stays of 29 nights or more: We require 14 days’ notice before your arrival date for cancellations. Failure to provide sufficient notice, or cancellations during your stay, will result in a penalty fee equivalent to 14 nights of accommodation.

Security Deposit

To safeguard our apartments and ensure a comfortable environment for all guests at our Emerald Street London location, a security deposit is required upon check-in.

  • A cautionary security deposit of GBP 250 / AUD 250 / EUR 250 (inclusive of all applicable taxes) will be pre-authorised on your credit card.
  • This deposit is fully refundable upon your departure, provided that the apartment is left in good condition and no damages or losses have occurred during your stay.
  • In certain circumstances, particularly for corporate bookings or bookings made through agents, the security deposit requirement may be waived. This waiver requires written confirmation from the booking agent or company accepting full liability for any potential damages or losses caused by the guest during their stay at our Emerald Street London apartments.

Pet Policy

We understand that for many, pets are part of the family. At our Emerald Street London serviced apartments, we welcome pets by prior arrangement.

  • To accommodate guests with pets, a non-refundable one-off fee of GBP 50 / AUD 50 / EUR 50 per pet (inclusive of all applicable taxes) is applicable.
  • Please ensure to inform us of your intention to bring a pet at the time of booking to make the necessary arrangements and ensure a comfortable stay for both you and your furry companion at our Emerald Street location.
