Your Role: Lifeguard at Equinox East 61st Street
Equinox East 61st Street is seeking energetic, creative, and enthusiastic Lifeguards to join our team. What You’ll Do:
- Maintain a safe and enjoyable pool environment for all members at Equinox East 61st Street.
- Enforce pool rules and regulations with a focus on member safety and a positive experience.
- Respond quickly and effectively to any emergency situations, providing necessary aid.
- Conduct regular checks of pool equipment and water chemistry, ensuring optimal conditions.
- Maintain pool cleanliness and hygiene standards, including light pool maintenance tasks.
- Provide exceptional customer service, assisting members with inquiries and needs related to the pool area.
- Collaborate with the Equinox team to ensure a seamless and premium member experience.
Who You Are:
- You are dedicated to ensuring safety and providing excellent customer service.
- You possess a valid CPR and Lifeguard certification.
- You have experience with pool maintenance, including chemical testing and ensuring water cleanliness.
- You are reliable, punctual, and accountable, with a strong work ethic.
- You are a team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- You are looking for a long-term position and are flexible with various shifts.
- Ideally, you have previous experience working as a lifeguard in a fitness club or similar environment.
