For every advance catering order placed under your account, you’ll earn rewards in the form of an Amazon Gift Card. Once your rewards reach $25.00, you can redeem your gift card.
To redeem, just log into your account and access your user dashboard. You’ll find a button that will guide you through the redemption process. Catering Order Cancellations: Understanding Our Policy
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your catering order, please be aware that cancellations within 12 hours of the scheduled delivery time and date are subject to a 100% charge. However, we are also understanding and reasonable. If you find yourself needing to cancel with less than 12 hours’ notice, please email us or call us at 847.440.4867, and we will work with you to find a fair solution.
Last Minute Catering Orders: We’ve Got You Covered
While we appreciate advance notice for catering orders (ideally 4 or more hours), we also understand that sometimes you need something last minute! For those times, you can place a last-minute order through our partner ChowNow (click link here).
Please note that last-minute orders are fulfilled using DoorDash drivers, and while DoorDash is responsible for on-time delivery for these orders, ordering ahead directly with us is the best way to guarantee timely delivery, as we handle those deliveries internally.
Need to Make Changes? Modifying Your Catering Order
Life happens, and sometimes adjustments are needed. You can easily make changes to your catering order by logging into your account. We allow modifications up to 2 hours before your scheduled delivery window. For orders placed through ChowNow (less than 4 hours in advance), please call us directly for any urgent, last-minute changes.
Catering Delivery Hours: When Can We Bring Firenze to You?
Our standard catering delivery hours are Monday through Saturday, from 9 am to 4 pm. However, we are flexible and happy to try and accommodate your needs. If you require delivery on a Sunday or during evening hours, please call or email us. We’ll do our best to make it happen!

Yes, we do charge a delivery fee for catering orders. For deliveries within the City of Chicago, a 10% delivery fee is included in your quote. Deliveries to surrounding suburbs and towns are subject to an additional delivery fee, calculated based on distance from our restaurant. Earning Loyalty Rewards on All Catering Orders
Want to make sure you get your rewards? Our system automatically tracks rewards for orders placed directly through your Firenze Catering Account. If you placed a catering order through another method, such as ChowNow or over the phone, and want to receive your loyalty rewards, simply email us your order confirmation. We’ll gladly ensure you receive the rewards you’ve earned as if you had ordered through your account.
Food Availability: What Happens if We Run Out?
Our delicious bread is baked fresh every day, and it takes hours of preparation to get it just right. When you place your catering order in advance, you can rest assured that we will bake enough bread to accommodate your order. However, during particularly busy times later in the day, we may occasionally run out of bread before closing. If this happens, we sincerely apologize!
