We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, requiring appointment adjustments. We kindly ask for a 24-hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Please call the salon directly to inform us of any cancellations, as phone calls are the most efficient way to manage scheduling changes.
- First-time cancellations or no-shows with less than 24 hours notice will be noted in your client file.
- A second instance of short-notice cancellation or no-show will result in a charge of 50% of the scheduled service price.
- For the third occurrence, a charge of 100% of the service price will be applied.
