Momentum Silver Street Membership Enrollment and Options
When you sign up for a Momentum Silver Street membership, an enrollment fee is typically applied as a one-time payment. However, Momentum Silver Street proudly offers waived enrollment fees for Students and Military personnel upon presentation of a valid ID.
Momentum Silver Street provides various membership options to suit different needs:
- Auto-pay Memberships: Enjoy continuous access with convenient automatic payments. An enrollment fee applies at sign-up unless you qualify for a waiver.
- Couples Membership: Designed for couples who are romantically involved and reside at the same address. Proof of residency may be requested. One partner must be designated as the primary buyer. Please note, this membership is not applicable to roommates.
- Family Membership: Ideal for families consisting of spouses and/or their dependent children aged 18 and younger, all living at the same address. Residency verification may be required. Similar to the Couples Membership, one spouse/partner must be the purchaser, and it is not intended for roommates.
Freezing Your Momentum Silver Street Membership
Momentum Silver Street understands that life can sometimes interrupt your climbing routine. For members on regular auto-pay billing cycles, we offer the flexibility to freeze your membership as often as needed. This allows you to temporarily suspend your billing while retaining your membership status, ensuring you can easily return to climbing when you’re ready. A nominal monthly fee of $12 is applied for each month your membership is frozen. Kindly note that youth program memberships and prepaid memberships are not eligible for freezing.
To freeze your Momentum Silver Street membership, please submit your request by the 10th of the month to ensure it takes effect for the next billing cycle. Your membership will remain active until the upcoming billing date, after which the freeze will be activated. For instance, if a freeze request is submitted on December 25th, it will be effective starting January 15th. A request received on January 13th will take effect on February 15th.

Making Changes or Cancelling Your Momentum Silver Street Membership
Momentum Silver Street members have the convenience of making membership adjustments either online or by visiting any of our Momentum locations in person. A range of change requests can be conveniently submitted online:
- Updating your contact details
- Modifying your billing information
- Cancelling your membership or reversing a recent cancellation
If you wish to cancel your Momentum Silver Street membership, please ensure your cancellation request is submitted by the 10th of the month to be processed for the next billing date. Your membership benefits will continue until the next billing date, at which point the cancellation will be processed. Other change requests can be submitted at any time for prompt processing.
