Construction at 95 North 6th Street in Williamsburg, Brooklyn has reached its peak. This ground-up development, managed by 95 North 6th Street LLC, marks a new addition to the area. Located on North 6th Street, between Wythe Avenue and Berry Street, this two-story structure is rapidly taking shape. SRA Architecture and Engineering is the architect of record for this project.
Recent photos reveal the completed superstructure, characterized by its flat roof parapet and CMU block construction. While sidewalk sheds and protective black netting partially obscure the facade, the building’s steel framework is now fully erected. This progress is significant since our last update in early September, when the site was undergoing excavation and demolition debris removal from a previous single-story building.

Currently, construction crews are focused on installing the façade. Long, rectangular bricks are being carefully laid across the southern perimeter walls, specifically between window openings and the main entrance. This brickwork will define the aesthetic of 95 North 6th Street as it integrates into the North 6th Street streetscape.
