Party Deposit
To secure your preferred date and time, we require a $200 + tax nonrefundable deposit. This deposit ensures your booking and allows us to begin preparations for your event. Should you need to change your plans, we understand! You can reschedule your party, and your deposit will be applied to a new date within one year of your original booking.
Outside Food and Drink
You are welcome to bring your own food and non-alcoholic beverages to your private party at Play Street Museum Beaverton. This allows you to customize your party menu to suit your preferences and dietary needs.
Open Flames Policy
For safety reasons, open flames or food-warming fuels are not permitted at Play Street Museum Beaverton, with the exception of birthday candles. This policy helps us maintain a safe environment for all our guests, especially children.
Number of Children Attending
Our standard party pricing is designed for up to 20 children, making it perfect for medium-sized gatherings. If your guest list grows, we can accommodate up to 5 additional children for a small extra fee of $15-$20 per child, depending on the specific party package you choose. For larger celebrations exceeding 25 children, a $100 large party fee will be applied to ensure we can provide the best experience for everyone.
Piñata Restrictions
Unfortunately, piñatas are not allowed at Play Street Museum Beaverton. Due to space constraints and safety considerations, we do not have a suitable or safe place to hang or use a piñata within our facility. We offer many other fun activities to entertain your party guests!
Set-Up Time Before Your Party
To help you get organized, you are welcome to arrive 30 minutes prior to your scheduled party start time for set-up. We kindly ask that you respect both the start and end times of your party slot. This allows us to prepare for subsequent parties and ensures every guest has a wonderful and timely experience.
Clean-Up Service After Your Party
Relax and enjoy your party! When it’s time to wrap up, our team at Play Street Museum Beaverton will assist you in packing up your personal items and gifts. We will handle all the remaining clean-up, so you can leave the tidying to us.
Extending Your Party Time
If you’ve booked the last party slot of the day (4:30-6:00 PM) and wish to extend the fun, you have the option to extend your party time. An additional 30 minutes is available for $100, payable at checkout. Please note that party extensions cannot be added on the day of the party. If you are interested in extending your celebration, please give us at least one week’s notice so we can make arrangements.
Party Colors and Decorations
The colors and decorations displayed in our promotional pictures are examples intended to inspire your party theme. While we aim to closely match the presented look, please understand that specific colors and decor are subject to change based on current store supplies and manufacturer availability. We always strive to create a festive and visually appealing party setting for you.
Add-On Craft Activities
