- Aisle Management: Maintain organized and efficient backroom aisles for your GM areas, ensuring accurate inventory location.
- Inbound Processing: Process all inbound deliveries using the Receive application to guarantee inventory accuracy from the moment it arrives.
- Auditing and Compliance: Complete all daily and weekly backroom audits to maintain operational standards.
- Equipment Operation: Operate power equipment safely and responsibly, only if certified, adhering to safety protocols.
- Safety and Ethics: Demonstrate a commitment to ethical conduct, safety, and compliance in all actions.
- Hazard Management: Work safely, identify and correct potential hazards, and adhere to all safety policies and best practices.
- Guest Service Support: Support guest services as needed, including back-up cashier, order pick up (OPU), and Drive Up (DU), while maintaining compliance with relevant regulations, such as adult beverage laws.
