Easy Karaoke Reservations and Policies

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your karaoke reservation at The Dean Hotel Fountain Street Providence RI, we kindly request that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance, if possible. Important Policies to Note:
- Age Policy: We are a 21+ venue after 9 pm. All ages are welcome before 9 pm.
- Beverage Policy: We do not allow outside beverages (BYOB). Bringing outside drinks will result in a $100 charge and confiscation of the beverages. However, outside food is permitted, provided it is not too messy.
- Private Room Minimum: There is a one-hour minimum charge for all private room bookings at The Dean Hotel Fountain Street Providence RI.
- Room Holding Policy: We will hold your reserved room for a grace period of 30 minutes. Please be aware that if there is another reservation immediately following yours and you arrive late, your karaoke session time may be shortened, but the one-hour minimum charge will still apply.
- Equipment Security: Upon arrival for your private room karaoke session, we require a credit card to be held as collateral for the iPad and microphones in the room. Your card will only be charged if the equipment is not returned, is intentionally damaged, or if you leave without settling your bill.
