The Vine Street Garage is now the designated parking facility for all guests visiting North Market Downtown. To access the market from the garage, simply cross Vine Street at the corner of Vine and Park Street. This pedestrian-friendly route leads you directly to the southwest entrance of North Market, near popular merchants like Omega Artisan Baking and Satori Ramen Bar. This transition ensures that your visit to North Market remains convenient and enjoyable, even with the parking adjustments.

Benefit from Validated Parking
North Market values your patronage and offers validated parking at the Vine Street Garage. To receive the discounted North Market validation rates, make a purchase at any North Market merchant. Upon purchase, you will receive a Validation Slip. When exiting the garage, insert your original parking ticket followed by the Validation Slip to apply the reduced rates. Without a Validation Slip, standard public parking rates will apply. Remember to check with individual merchants for details on potential free first-hour parking validations.
Understanding Validation and Public Parking Rates
With a North Market Validation Slip, you can take advantage of significantly reduced parking fees. Here’s a breakdown of the validated rates:

- 0 – 30 minutes: $1.00
- 30 minutes – 1 hour: $2.00
- 1 – 2 hours: $2.00
Please note: The validated rate is structured as $1 per 30 minutes for the first hour ($2 total for the first hour), with the second hour being complimentary. These special rates are exclusively for North Market customers with a valid Validation Slip and are applicable for up to two hours. After two hours, public parking rates will be charged.
For stays exceeding the validation period or for those without a Validation Slip, the following public parking rates at Vine Street Garage apply:

Public parking rates reset at 6:00 AM daily. Kindly be aware that there are no in/out privileges with parking. Credit card payments are accepted at exit lanes, while cash payments can be made at pay stations inside the garage.
