Current work includes improvements to the cooling tower and HVAC system, as well as upgrades to building flow with a new elevator and staircase. The Library is committed to minimizing disruptions during these renovations, but your patience and understanding are appreciated should you experience any noise or minor inconveniences during your visit.
Finally, please note a recent update to Library policy: e-bikes, e-scooters, and similar electronic transportation devices are not permitted inside any NYPL location. This policy is in place for the safety and comfort of all visitors and does not apply to mobility aids required for accessibility.
