This new space, located at the hotel’s 10th & Cass Street address in North Downtown Omaha, is set to open early this year, further solidifying Hilton Omaha as a premier destination for events in the city.
Cass Street Green significantly enhances Hilton Omaha’s already impressive event capabilities. Complementing the hotel’s existing 41,000 sq. ft. of indoor event space, which includes 16 versatile meeting rooms, this outdoor venue provides a unique option for event planners. General Manager Robert Sabin highlights the importance of this expansion, stating, “The addition of Cass Street Green marks a significant milestone in Hilton Omaha’s commitment to providing versatile meeting spaces, enhancing our ability to accommodate and cater to a wider range of events. Designed by Omaha’s Lamp Rynearson engineering firm, Cass Street Green is engineered for adaptability and efficiency. The open-air venue boasts rapid assembly features and offers flexible tent building options. These tents can be configured to cover anywhere from 1,000 to 15,000 sq. ft. of the event turf, accommodating events of various sizes. A key feature of the design is its state-of-the-art drainage system, ensuring events can proceed smoothly, even with unexpected weather.
