Event Space Rental Pricing (Room Fees)
Our room fees are structured to accommodate events throughout the week. Please note that these fees are for the room rental only and do not include staffing or other services.
Weekday Room Fees (Monday – Wednesday)
For events held Monday through Wednesday, the room rental fee is $200. This provides you with access to our spacious venue, capable of seating up to 80 guests or slightly more with bistro-style table arrangements.
Weekend Room Fees (Thursday – Sunday)
For events taking place Thursday through Sunday, the room rental fee is $400. This weekend rate applies to all events excluding weddings and wedding receptions, which have a separate pricing structure detailed below.
Wedding & Reception Pricing
Main Street Lofts is delighted to host your wedding or wedding reception. We understand the importance of your special day and offer a dedicated package to make your celebration seamless.
Wedding Booking Fee (Starting January 1, 2025)
For weddings and wedding receptions booked from January 1, 2025, onwards, a booking fee of $1,300.00 will reserve our event space for the entire day, starting as early as 10:00 am. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. This fee ensures exclusive use of our beautiful lofts for your wedding celebration.
Catering & Beverage Policy
To ensure the highest quality and service, all catering and beverage services, including alcohol, are exclusively provided by Main Street Tavern & in the raw Broken Arrow. We do not permit outside catering services to operate within our venue. This partnership allows us to offer a wide range of menu options and beverage selections to suit your taste and event style.

To further enhance your event experience, Main Street Lofts offers a range of additional services.
Staffing Services
We provide full-service staffing for all events to ensure smooth operation and guest satisfaction. A staffing service fee of 20% of the total service cost or a $100 minimum, whichever is greater, will be applied. This covers professional staff to assist with food and beverage service and event management.
Bartending Services
Main Street Lofts offers professional bartending services to complement your event. The bartending service fee is $175 per bartender. We can accommodate various bar setups, including:
- Cash/Credit Bars: Guests are responsible for purchasing their drinks. Only the $175 bartending service fee applies. Bartender gratuity is at the guests’ discretion.
- Host Bars: The event host covers all beverage costs. This includes the $175 service fee plus a 20% gratuity on all alcohol sales.
- Combination Bars: The host pre-pays for a certain amount of bar service, after which it transitions to a cash bar. This option includes the $175 service fee and a 20% gratuity on pre-paid alcohol sales.
Wedding Cake Cutting
Let Main Street Lofts handle the cake service for your wedding. For a fee of $40, our team will expertly cut and serve your wedding cake, providing plates and forks for your guests, allowing you to relax and enjoy your celebration.
