Can I place my Weaver Street Market order over the phone? Unfortunately, at this time, phone orders are not possible due to staffing limitations. Please ask a family member, neighbor, or friend to assist you with placing your order online.

Additionally, some items are priced by weight, and the final total will reflect the actual weight and price of these items.
Why does my online credit card statement still show the initial estimated order cost? When you place your order, a temporary hold is placed on your credit card for the estimated amount. This is a standard banking procedure. Your final charge may differ due to out-of-stock items or weight variations. You may still see the initial estimated amount on your online credit card statement temporarily. The final charge reflecting your actual purchase amount may appear as late as the day after pickup.

Does Weaver Street Market deliver? Currently, delivery is offered only from our Raleigh location, within a 2-mile radius of the store. We partner with Lhavi, a local company using electric vehicles, for deliveries 7 days a week, from 10 am to 6 pm.
Can I walk up to pick up my Weaver Street Market order? Yes, absolutely. Please proceed to the designated pickup area, and we will bring your order to you and step back for you to collect your bags.
Can I give the Weaver Street Market staff my reusable bags to pack my online order? Unfortunately, we are not accepting personal reusable bags for online orders at this time.
Can I return milk bottles with my curbside pickup order? No, please hold onto your empty milk bottles and return them on your next in-store shopping trip.
